yes, i got a video (digital) camera for xmas - i have been practicing - and waiting for my daughter to go back to school and for things to get less hectic then i am going to dive in straight with it.
kinda waiting for my friend suzi blu to get back in town too so that she can give me pointers. love her video style. she's generous that way.

I have just started Art Journalling, but basically all I do is spill writing onto pages and draw and color on others. The two never live in the same world, unless the writing is used as a decorative element instead of cross hatching. So I need this class! But again, maybe on a weekend?

i'm really excited about starting my online classes-have so many many cool techniques to share.
and jaime, i understand about weekends. i hate to be difficult - but i can't do weekends or weekdays after 3 p.m. for that matter, because i have this 15 year old daughter who is very serious about swimming - so i have dedicated myself to her (until she can drive herself) - she swims at a pool (mission beach) 30 minutes away, 2 hours a day-- 5 days a week plus weekends generally have meets. the problem boils down to the local swim committee who don't believe in putting up the swim meet schedules until the bitter last minute. i blame them for no weekend workshops by lisa bebi.
i am surprised parents have not complained about this. (er, not the workshops, but the last minute scheduling) i sure am. very annoying.
i am going to do a weekend retreat in angora hills (Los Angeles county) this summer - a full weekend of techniques and paintovers. (see sidebar "inspirational retreats") for details.

I had a feeling that the swimming meets was what was limiting the weekend workshops. I guess I will just have to wait until you do the online thing. Although a weekend retreat to LA sounds fun. I have to admit that I have only been to LA once and that was for Rocky Horror Picture Show on Halloween about 10 years ago!
