just finished this book.....
the first book i read on my new Kindle. trouble is, i can't pass the book on like i would a paperback...its trapped inside my Kindle. and now what should i do? delete it? store it eternally? i don;t want to pay for it again. and by the way, purchasing paperback novels on Kindles are not much cheaper than buying them at target or wherever.
about this book:
it was a good book, kinda meandered a bit, but i liked it. the first 1/4 of the book (or so) centers around the colorado's columbine high school massacre....then drifts into the rest of the lead character's life and psyche. interesting how wally lamb interweaves facts with fiction. it leaves a bit of an impression.

My favorite book by Wally Lamb is "I know this much is true". I also thought "The hour I first believed" rambled some. He uses some of the same people places in both books. You should read it.
huh! i did read that and "she's come undone" but i read it too long ago to notice the same people and places. i did have a vague thought that i already knew some of his characters......
i might have to revisit it.
thanks for commenting shelley.
I just can't get thru his books for some reason.
