my mom. early 1960's on the high dive at Carmen Ranch Swim Club.
she really didn't like to swim anything other than the dog paddle; she never liked to get her hair wet and i know for fact she never dove off a high dive or other spring or platform board, or dive at all for that matter.....however this picture really tells the truth.....
she knew a good hairdresser and LOVED lame swimsuits. nice pose, mom. here's to you.
(burning question: how did you get down from there? you hated heights)
