i don't know where in paris this is but its a rainy day, dark and lonely. perhaps this man is worried about his wife's prognosis. or perhaps his own. its a subdued sort of worry.

I can imagine this scene. It is that early early morning time when a pink glow just barely touches everything and wakes the colors up. What a contrast to this gentleman standing so still and lost in contemplation.
