daily painting - paris quasimodo (again)

i guess i'm not over painting old quasimodo.  such a handsome dude.  he even looks kind, doesn't he?
well, i also love shrek so .....i guess i'm no judge of beauty.
its just so fun to paint and it stretches my imagination.
i will be back to painting wintery paris buildings and other paris beauties soon - this is just a short detour.    but honestly i think it is hard to think about paris without giving some sort of wonderful tribute to victor hugo.   he was such a brilliant man.   maybe i will paint something from les miserables tomorrow night.
but for tonight it had to be done - another hunchback painting.  why?  because it was time....as victor hugo said..."nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come."

Thank goodness beauty is so much more than 15 year old models with high cheekbones, super long legs and almost no body fat. I see no reason that Quasimodo and Shrek should not qualify for that designation.
