YOU are so easy to love sweetheart. I just found your e-mail about your class in February but I seriously doubt I can make it. I would love to though : ( I just wanted to come by and say hello. I love this picture of you. I can't wait to meet you one of these days. I love your work and I love the way you express yourself. I've been blogging for a decade now, I think, but lately I've had a bit of blogger's block. I think because it's been such a shit year with my Mom's cancer diagnosis, my health issues, my partner losing his house, etc., etc., ad nauseum. And don't I know how much I hate having to look for the damned glasses to do art when it was never ever an issue before, grrr.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 08 besides renewal and saying goodbye to 07 (I've never felt this way before, I always used to get sentimental about leaving a year behind, would have to say goodbye to it and give it a kind of mental hug), will be my first ever trip to Artfest.

jacquiscloset darn i didn't read this sooner....(1/12/08) anyway, i hope you did make my workshop - it is full now and there is a waiting list. please stop and say hi to me at artfest - why not think of joining me in paris or italy this year? lisa
